Connect-I Safety Standards: Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

Connect-I, powered by NityVision LLC, is committed to maintaining a safe, focused, and respectful environment. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Prohibited Content

Connect-I strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, or promotion of:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors
  • Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate interactions involving minors

Any account associated with CSAE-related activity is immediately removed and permanently banned.

2. Content Moderation and Review

We use a combination of automated detection systems and human review to monitor user-generated content, including Pitches and Clips. Content reported for Objectionable (Child Safety) concerns is reviewed with the highest priority to determine whether it constitutes CSAE.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism

All users can report content directly within the app:

  1. Tap the three-dot (“…”) menu on any Pitch or Clip
  2. Select Report Content
  3. Choose Objectionable (Child Safety) to flag potential child safety concerns

Reports are automatically sent to our safety team for immediate review. Users may also report concerns directly by contacting: nityvision@gmail.com

4. CSAE Reporting and Enforcement

When content is determined to involve suspected or confirmed CSAE:

  • The content is removed immediately
  • The associated account is disabled or permanently banned
  • The incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (https://cybertip.org), in compliance with applicable law

Connect-I cooperates fully with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies when legally required.

5. Data Handling and Retention

CSAE content is not retained on Connect-I systems. Only limited metadata (such as timestamps, internal content IDs, enforcement actions taken, and report references) is preserved for compliance and legal cooperation purposes.

6. User Communication

Connect-I does not contact users to investigate or confirm potential child safety violations. All determinations are made internally to protect user safety and preserve the integrity of reporting processes.

7. Community Responsibility

Protecting minors is a shared responsibility. We encourage all community members to report content or behavior that may put children at risk and to help maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Align within. Connect beyond.
